Fellowship 7 - Sundries
Let's have a quiet night and just walk through some miscellaneous notes I have on this remarkably monochrome minute:
I think it's a little too much to give Gollum glowing eyes during the intro. His silhouette already looks great as it is, we don't need to put a hat on a hat by giving him *sick nasty* glowing eyes.
On the other hand, "Whispers of a Nameless Fear" is an incredible phrase and probably a very popular band name for emo rock middle schoolers in 2006. (I don't speak from experience, I graduated in 2004 on different shit entirely.)
I'm finally understanding why people are so desperate to make a Gollum spinoff, and why it's so completely impossible. He does have a ton of untouched backstory, but that story is so ridiculously thin. "Dude ate fish for five hundred years" does not a movie make.
